Reset Your Brain in 5 simple Techniques

You have to Detox your Brain, when you have these following symptoms,

There are many ways to detox your brain. But here are the 5 basic and important techniques that anyone can do,

1. Getting 7 - 9 Hours of sleep

An Adult have to sleep for at least 7 hrs. a day, Also have a proper sleeping cycle, that is Waking up and going to bed at a fixed time everyday. Recommended Waking time will be 5.AM, because when you wake up at 5 AM you will automatically tend to go to bed early. In this way, you will have a proper sleep cycle.

2. Focusing

In one Minute, our brain can have so many thoughts, More the thoughts, more the stress. To avoid too many thoughts, you should focus on one thought. That's why people pray or chant mantras to focus.

For 20 minutes every day, try to focus on the same thing. For instance, you can do meditation by focusing on your breathing. This technique will calm down your brain.

PS : You can split this 20 minutes into 10 mins in morning and 10 mins in the evening

3. Nature Time

Spending time with nature, Gazing the sky, mountain, river will make you feel relaxed. If you don't have access to this kind of nature. At least spend time with plants or your pets. Having contact with Nature or Natural Things will improve your mood and will make you feel more alive.

4. Your Diet

 Your Brain and your stomach have Connection. That's why when your stomach is full, you feel sleepy. When you are hungry, you get angry easily. So, eat Nutritious food and avoid junk food. Healthy Stomach, Happy Brain.

5. Follow 1 hour Rule Before and After sleep

These days, we are exposed to digital screens a lot. The light emitted from these digital screens are harmful. So, try to avoid using phone and laptop one hour before you go to bed and one hour after you wake up. Set your alarm in an actual alarm clock is recommended. So, that you don't have gaze at your phone as soon as you wake up.

Your Brain works just like a computer. So make sure you're the only one programming it.
