1. Jumping Jacks




Jumping Jack is a total body exercise. This exercise can be used as a warm up exercise before starting your workout.

2. Squats


Squats is an effective exercise for your lower body It strengthens your lower body muscle and crushes extra calories on gluts, thighs and calf areas.


3. Lunges



Lunges tones your body especially your Core, Butt and Legs.


4. Burpees



Burpees is a full body exercise. This exercise strengthens your lower body and upper body. Burpees works on your legs, hips, butt, abdomen, arms, chest and shoulders.

5. Plank


Plank helps you to develop your posture and strengthens your spine and abdominal muscles.


6. Crunches 


Crunches works on abdominal muscles and strengthens your core and burns belly fat.


7. Step Ups





This exercise hits all the muscles in your lower body. But creates minimal stress on knees. You can do this exercise using small bench or you can even do it in your staircase area.

8. Air Cycling



Air Cycling helps you to reduce fat on your things and abdomen

9. Mountain Climber


This exercise is a total body workout which is great for building cardio endurance and core strength. 

10. Wall Push Ups



This exercise helps you to gain strength in your chest, shoulders, back and arms
